I've searched there, but I haven't found any with the mounting holes drilled out.

I could be wrong but I think the name implies they are usually welded to a surface. If that is the case then you will need to drill them out yourself....or weld them ;O)
I use square cutouts and caged nuts with #10 screws...

That picture Talbany sent does look like a T-nut cut on one side and two holes drilled alright good catch xk49w your very resourceful.
