eBay: Recommendations for you email spam

Technology has no end of wonder. Normally, I just delete this bit of spam as a fact-of-life as an eBay "subscriber." I'm sure everyone who browses there when logged in gets this every few days. I saved Wednesday's spam and I don't know why. Here's where it gets interesting. Every time I open it, the recommendations change. After a bit of browsing this morning it updated to include a number of items I put on my watch list.

There is no longer an expectation of privacy, but this...well...I dunno. I think it's creepy.

Kidding. I know how to stop this because I had the same problem. It's a fairly easy one-step process. Do you have a sledge.. 16lb is brilliant but even a 5lb can work.

NPR report last week commented on the "hall of mirrors" effect. And NSA's watching & recording the whole schmeggeggie. Can you say omniscient? Well they're all trying for it & google too. And will be as successful as Mickey was with the broom....

I think I was impressed that they use the technology so well. Consider that so many try to use it and fail so badly. Still, it's creepy.
