Complete schematic for Pseudo-Express

Post by jjman »

Finally put together a full schematic of my build. Departures from a cloned design are:

-Lower PS voltages, using toneslut's 260-0-260 winding
-6V6's in adjustable cathode bias
-Matched phase parallel effects loop
-Post PI MV
-Tremolux type bias modulated tremolo with LED indicator.
-Some differing component values to increase bass, decrease excess
OP tube overdrive and adjust PS node voltages.

Here's the layout before changing the grid stoppers, leaks and adding the NFB. Rat nest special. 8)

That's the phase flipper to keep the loop in phase with the dry sound. It's a Jensen 11P 1TB "input" transformer. Not too cheap but excellent specs.

Thanks. Those Jensens are top notch and that's a nice use for that "wasted" triode. 8)
