how would i connect this type trim pot. its one with two wiper pins. 4 all together.

Use just one of the wiper pins. It's electrically just one but doubled to provide for stable mechanical mounting of the trimpot on a PCB.

thats what i thought. so the two 10uf caps + side goes to the one wiper pin then to ground and the 47k would go to the trace then the otherside of the trace goes to ground. on this piher pot the trace is the two pins that go out to the side and bend down, the wiper would be the pins on the bottom. i hope.

You are talking about the trimpot in the lower left in the datasheet, right?

The two pins/solder lugs that are part of the central metal ring are the wiper.

yes thats the one. i ordered a bunch of them. i always get cunfused by the extra pins, actually the back can be treated as one pin.
