UFO EXPRESS

This Express Clone has the clean sound of a Rocket and the bite of the express
V-1 ECC802S, V-2 Brimar 12AX7, V-3 Brimar 12AX7. RFT Dimple top EL-34s
Dead silent no hiss or hum. Hardrock maple cab.

Whats not to like? Any circuit details that you feel free to share? Sounds like you've hit upon a terrific build configuration. Also a very nice looking amp!

This one is true to ken's Express, Parts all mallory's, layout all resistors
exact value, PEC pot's. It's all in the tubes Smooth plate RFT ECC802s in V-1
Less gain. I match the preamp tubes and power tubes. for gain I use a moded TS-808 and a radial tonebone amp switcher with a mid boost.
Pickups in most of the guitars are JM Rolph. I use 3 Express amps and
2 Rocket amps all voiced different. 4x12 25 watt greenbacks made in england
for the Express. 2x12 25 watt greenbacks for the Rockets. With this switching
of five amps This setup is quite versatile.
