trying to find a transformer in the UK that'll fit on the back of a 1U rack unit for a dumbleator.
Specs have to be around 135vac@ 150mA
6.3vac@ 900mA - any suggestions ?

Re: transformer for dumbleator in UK ?
You can get 0-70, 0-70V toroids pretty easily, from Farnell for example (run the secondaries in series for 140V), and use a separate 6V transformer for the heaters. They may be rated for a lot more current than you need though.
You could perhaps use two small 0-35, 0-35V trannies in series for the same result, since they're probably more easy to obtain with lower current ratings.
Or even find an old 270V transformer and go with an ordinary rectifier (not doubler). Even an isolation transformer (240:240V) would probably get you close enough. I recently bought some small PCB mounted ones on ebay for practically nothing. (I'd offer you one, but they're not at my current house).
