I've always heard two heads are better than one.
Now I know what they meant!

Several years ago I had a POD XTL (yeah I know, but I played at church and they didn't like amps on stage).
Plugged that sucker straight into the board.

But, where that pedal board shined was when you fed two amps across the room from each other.
The chorus and other stereo effects were out of this world. :D

I would have to run a 2 watt amp and let the person running the board give me some volume otherwise there would be complaints. Too loud

Darn, and I thought I had an original idea for a change ... Bought 2 x Lil Devil kits from Dana to build an amp somewhat along these lines. Planning to call it the Siamese L'il Devil Twins.

No one bid on it so I made him and offer. I own it now so if anyone needs parts it will be parted out as soon as I get it which should be 5-7 days or so. You'll see some showing up in the sale section soon.

OK, I had to look. I am not sure what brand of crack this individual is smoking, but it is definitely time to change drugs. And hey, he must visit here, right? So, hey, hello there. 8)

IMO, there must be something to be gained by building such an amp, insights along the way and all. But I am not clear where you might apply this knowledge. Perhaps to never do something like this again me thinks. Hah! Ken would take a sledge hammer to it, I can only imagine, but you go, nothing totally wrong in being wrong sometimes. Right now my mind is asking: What gig would this cover that a typical Express could not? Hah! Damn the (Air)brakes, full steam ahead!! 8)

And in the future I will think of this amp of yours from time to time. :) In the world of 'More is Better' you should be crowned king. My hat is off to you for a moment or two, yes, you deserve at least that, and thank you for the smile on my face. :)

Craig,

There should be plenty of parts on that amp. :) Fortunately I all ready have five trainwrecks and building a sixth the Express 80.

Did you talk to the guy to find out what he was up to with that amp?

The deal just fell through, he has to go out of town and will be relisting it on ebay again when he returns, so look for it if you want it.

He must be reading our comments and other forum comments and decided we all thought it was worth more or not. :)
