Aren't these cute!
I got a quantity of these with some surplus wire.
They have a 3/8" ID on the ring, and the lug is 19/32" long from the bend.
The lug is not nearly as long as the ones we've seen.
Although the length of the lug would be long enough for smaller pots,
the ID is too big.

They are indeed. Never seen those before. What were they intended to do?

They're too small to use on full sized pots too big for the small pots.David Root wrote:...What were they intended to do?
It's obviously a grounding lug that fits over some panel mounted component.
The ID is way larger than the usual ground lug.
It may have been a custom item.
I'll add it to my long list of things I've not seen before.

I have a small pile of the larger of those for JAN carbon pots. Old rotary switches
have a bushing that is that size, some probe jacks and telephone hardware
was that size.

Did we ever find the correct pot solder lugs from Mouser? I saw tht Ron Worley had shown a part number previously which were not correct.
I have a book from Craig Anderton, Musicians projects and he makes reference of these solder lugs for potentiometers with a drawer very similair to yours but not as cute Doc.

It's not Mouser, but Golden O on ebay has them listed as we speak:M Fowler wrote:Did we ever find the correct pot solder lugs from Mouser?

Digikey has the double-armed lug which is the same size, but with two arms
