Sorry for the late chime in. The thing is that the FET jack should have an isolated break function, like the switchcraft 13E type (Dumble uses a nylon bushing version with similar functionality). The way to wire that is: the output of the FET goes to the switching contact on the normal jack, such that when you plug into the normal jack, you defeat that connection and get your guitar's signal straight to V1A. Then, the switching (independent break) part of the FET jack connects the output of the FET to ground -- and that connection is broken when you plug into the FET jack.

The reason for that is, if you don't ground the output of the FET, you will get a lot of hiss when nothing is plugged into the amp. If you don't care about that, you can use two regular jacks and live with the noise -- unnecessary, IMNSHO.
