What kind of software are you using for drawing schematics and layouts?

For me Visio is the easiest and will let you save in cad friendly formats for for having chassis & boards built etc.

+1 on the Visio recommendation. If you end up using it I (and probably others here as well) have some libraries of components I could send you.
