The one with the shallower basket could be a 12S. My S.R.O. 12L is different from yours, no heatsink and a much bigger sticker on mine!

Here's mine. there's what looks like the remains of a gasket on the frame around the magnet. I don't know what that means, maybe it had a heatsinc and it got taken off to fit into a Fender combo or something.
