Keep it slow. I find the best amps i build are the ones I spend a little time here and a little time there. Keeps me focused on 1 thing.

check the phase inverter, you have the plates and 220k connected..
down on the end of the board.. the bias connection should be a junction where the 220ks meet. the 100k and 82k feed off the junction of the B+ there..
