(.22uf?) ........Also you can combine the cathode resistor and the cathode cap for just one cap and one resistor. Yeah, you are just paralleling the two triodes. Done this before? For example, the Matchless Cheiftain uses a single resistor on its parallel wired V1, and no cap at all. Value? 1500 ohms. Fender uses 2700 ohms and a single 25uf cap on its reverb send tube in their amps with reverb - most of them. But later they morphed to a single 680 ohm resistor and no cap - super clean and quiet - and not everybody's favorite reverb.

So you need to be flexable here. Try a few things. To start, I would try 22/25uf and 2200 ohms. If its too fat, try 10uf. If its too gainy, try 1500 ohms. See the relationship? If you want it to be way fatter, try a 250uf cap and a 820 ohm resistor like the Marshall Bluesbreaker/Tweed Bassman - although this is two different channels with a single common cathode connection, something a little different. If you want clean headroom with no added gain, run with the 1500 ohm resistor and no cap like Matchless. And of course, what you use as a coupling cap downstream is very important....

Does this help? There is no perfect solution here, have fun. Just don't murk up your board with too many extra components, that's my main point.
Most people stall out when fixing a mistake that they've made. Why?

Got me while I was writing.....LOL

I split the cathodes on purpose to give some flexibility and to expertiment, one side with a cap one with out, two different values to hear how it sounds. Just a couple of extra parts.

Look for the schematic & layout for the Fender 5e8-a

The stock Rocket values (I think) are 220k Rp, 1k5 Rk, and 22uF (or 25uF) Ck. When you parallel...to set the tube up similarly you would halve the plate resistor, halve the cathode resistor, and then double the cathode cap. So theoretically you would use a 110k Rp, 750R Rk, and 50uF Ck. FWIW, I used 100k/1k/25uF.

But lots of values would work fine and small changes will be pretty subtle. Like if just used the 25uF Ck I doubt you would hear much difference no matter how big you make that cap...we're already way below the lowest note on a guitar. As long as the cathode resistor is fully bypassed with a cap...smallish changes in the cathode resistor won't really make that much difference because the stage is already kind of 'maxed out' on the gain. But if the cathode resistor is not bypassed then it's value has much bigger effect on the gain.
