a few wreck clips

Post by Richie »

A friend of mine is finishing his CD. these are a few clips of the more mellow songs. The lead amp is the express clone, also the chunk chunk sound in the full song.. In the background is an 18 watt TMB. All short clips but the last one, link to song.
The slide part in the one clip is the express. These are unmixed and may sound quite different when finished. And he says, about 5 or 6 more songs are more rockin.. but i'll have to wait on those..
anyway. thought you might like to hear them.

That is one of the best slide tones I've ever heard! Liquid!
Wife: How many amps do you need?
Me: Just one more...

Cool. Total Brain May gtr work somehow - but then I do like Brain. :) I didn't hear any slide work? I just heard the complete song 'Nowhere Town'?

Anyway, there's a lot of solid work in the vocals, too. Tell your friends good job!

As to gtr tone, I get the track. I know its rock and MP3 time but I do look for the amp to bloom a bit? For me that's what gets it and I do know that its in the Express. Eh, yeah, everyone's a critic, sorry.

Tell me, 4/12 or 1/12? What speaker(s), too. Thanks for sharing and I enjoyed the whole idea and vibe of the song, don't misunderstand.

Cool, thanks for the speaker info. Er, no, no other clips, I just clicked on the link and my WinPlayer did the rest...
