ODS Chassis question

I was given the ok to use the equipment at the shop I work at to make a chassis. I have the measurements 19 1/8 x 8 x 2 1/2. My question's for the experts & non experts are....

Is there a layout for all the holes needed in the chassis ( tubes, boards,ground points,pots,switches,jacks) or do you just eyeball the components?

The lip on the chassis that the nuts are mounted to... how wide is it and is it just on the front and back side of the chassis or all four side's and is that factored into the 2 1/2 height of the chassis?

Are the faceplates silk screen on the chassis or on a plate then mounted to the chassis?

Any help on this would be great
