Foot switch plug part number

Post by Bob-I »

I'm looking for the part number for the jack that goes with this plug. Anyone?

Yes, I've searched the forum and Mouser. No luck.

Thx,

That pattern is what comes on the footswitch replacements for marshall that TubesandMore sells. I have got them from mouser before. http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDet ... ey164-3051

Thx, the mouser link got me there. It's actually not the connector on the AES replacement footswitch. I bought one of them with the intention of using it but the plug is 45 Deg, I need 60 Deg.

The part number for what I need is 174-9252. That one has the locking ring and 5 pin 60 degree.

You never know what AES will send you - I've had them both ways - one works with a MIDI jack the other looks like this one, same part number footswitch from AES. These days I remove the cord completely and mount a MIDI jack on the footswitch and the amp so the player can use a standard MIDI cable of any length. The cut off cable is good for internal footswitch to relay wiring.
