How the deep switch works
I've been looking at the deep switch trying to figure out how to wire it based on the way the switch I'm using works. As I see it, "on" for the deep switch is when the circuit is in, not open, and operates by creating a high pass filter to ground so that lows are more pronounced. Is this right?

It`s accentuating MORE LOW freq`s to the CLEAN preamp WIPER.... jim@Omegaamps

I see what you're saying but it's a passive circuit so if it's bringing out the low end (which is what I was saying about the effect, regardless of method) the only way it could do that is by shunting higher frequencies to ground.groovtubin wrote:great try! Could you describe in a little more detail how the circuit works if my idea is wrong?
