Logo to stick onto the front of my maple cab

I performed a search on "logo" and could not find what i needed.

Forgive me if this is redundant.



I would like to have a 3D type (not to thick) logo made saying
"The Vortex" or "Vortex" for my liverpools new head case that is almost done.

After I design it, where are some places I can send it to to have the placard/logo made?

Also, are the logo's usually peel off adhesive?

i want to stick it in the same location as the "real" wrecks and also about the same size.

I wish I could help, but I'm about $12k away from having my own laser.

Contacting a laser shop as mentioned above is a good idea. But you need to help them out...most shops don't do free graphic design. You should track down a font you like and come up with your logo so you can just send it to a shop to have it made.

Otherwise, you might be charged with a hefty fee for them to draw up a design for you.

I had a very good experience with Joe Vallina at Amplates (amplates.com) for my engraving work. I made scale drawings of my front and rear panels and a head cab logo. I passed the font on to Joe who did an excellent job of the setup. He was able to work with a PDF of what I wanted. We went back and forth making little changes to tighten up the look and then he sent proofs. For my head cab logo I opted for a cursive font in the Rush Permanent Waves album style that says 'colossal'. It was cut on 1/8" white plastic so that may not be thick enough for your needs. I don't know if he has or can get thicker stock. Also, Joe said that he is not set up to do 3D cuts, so beveled edges like those that you would find on the Marshall or Avatar speaker logos were out. I'm quite pleased with how all pieces came out and recommend Amplates; very good service and communication. I plan to attach the logo with a simple adhesive.
