Can someone tell me what wattage this layout can handle and how much attenuation can you get before it ruins the tone completely?

I've noticed that you can get a Weber (with the speaker driver in it) for not a lot more than what the parts cost for the airbrake. Does anyone have any comparison comments on the two?

Thanks,
Rut.

Does anyone know a part number for the mounting brackets for these large resistors?

While I don't have direct experience with the Weber MASS, many people I spoke with (asking the same questions as you) said they liked the Airbrake and Hotplate better.

I have an Airbrake now, and depending on how I have the amp dialed in, I can go pretty low before it starts to ge fizzy and lifeless.

for those looking for the Airbrake info, E-mail me and I'll send it your way. I have a 3MB+ file I've put together from articles, users builds, photos of real Airbrakes. Basically everything I could find. I only ask that share this info as with others as well.
