V-Champ power cord

[C Moore]

Have a 1972 Fender Vibro Champ. Want to put on a new 3 prong power cord. Is it as simple as just following the old layout?
Do I connect the:
Black wire to center of fuse.
White wire to the on/off switch.
Green wire to chassis ground.
Leave all the power transformer wires where they are right now.
Take off the "death cap" and do not replace it with anything.
