RESISTOR 4,7M

Hi , somebody can tell me what the function of this resistor 4,7M(in blu circle) in reverb stage?

I've seen that in glaswerk schematic there isn't.

That's Normster's drawing. I asked him the same question about a year ago. His answer was that it was part of the Pignose 40 reverb circuit, but he didn't know what it was for. I've never used it, and my reverbs sound great.
