Reverb not working no matter what I try. Advice?

Been so wrapped up in the reverb issue, I forgot to add, Taylor did get back to me. Offered to fix the amp for free even if the problem was simple enough. I'm just not super keen on shipping the amp that far. Taylor has been great though, we're working on finding a solution. I do apologize to him. I have no ill will and did not mean to cause any trouble.
