Faulty power transformer?

This was answered on March 23. I think we can conclude there is a short and the transformer is toast. Bepone picked this up right away. He gets first prize!

Sorry about the transformer. I edited this once I reread the post about 0R. I would definitely measure the new transformer before installing.
