C5 is a 4700p mixer bypass. This is the one you MUST kill. It should be 470p.

You can put 100-250p over the volume pot with the 470p.

or

you can put 500 over the volume control without a bypass.. Depends on what you play and how much you like to crank it. <<<<---

I replace it with 500pF on the volume pot, also I replace the resistors and wires
