Any interest in starting a GUT SHOT PICTURE Sticky?
I would like to have a place here on the forum where actual gut shots are located for study. I have looked at ones on Rob's site and we have some, but I think it would be a great reference tool to try to pick up on some lead dress and component choice, etc... if we had a specific home for them. I ran it by Phil and asked if he thought it might be of interest to anyone besides me and it was suggested to post a query. Anybody game?

Well, if you do find some interest in it, do it. If it reveals usefull to many then it's likely to become a sticky, isn't it?
However, from a "newbie point of view", the matter seems so dense that confustion threatens. If you intend to have everything in one place, especially.
Let's assume you post some pictures about amp A. Then another member posts about amp. B. And then a third one would like to add about amp. A. Such a thread may become something of a mess pretty quickly.
From my point of view, that appears much more usefull to post gutshots of amp. A inside amp. A thread, then gushots of amp. B inside amp. B thread, and so on.
Of course, the comparison requires more work from you, but it requires some work to find the relevant matter into something unsorted as well.
Talking just about Dumbles, of course...
But maybe I've been missing something - one more time...
One side note:
It seems that it takes a lot of time to recover from the loss of forum data due to image hosting companies having a weak business model, etc, so maybe the forum needs more moderators (1) to clean some topics in the file section (2), in contrast...
Thanks (one more time) to anyone sharing their time & data here, by the way!

(1) Like you, possibly with restricted rights with respect to file deletion and on a per amp basis, for example.
(2) Moving discussions in separated corresponding threads, flagging lost files, etc.
