The right solution is to measure the transmission ratio of original Zeppelin output transformer, and based on the measured data to design the transformer .
For assumption is that almost no one make or winding transformer, already will use any transformer which has near hand.
Maybe the right solution is a 6 kOhm transformer for 6V6 amps (Vibro)Champ, AC4 or some from old receivers.
After all, whatever transformer is used, the amplifier will work.
