It might be that I have done some error in the making of the last electrolytic near the fetboard. Is there any obvious mistake her?

Here is the full view, the 2.2k resistor goes between the yellow and green wires.

Absolutely fabulous spotted, now there are full voltages on the on the 2.2k resistor. Thank Mr. Manning, respect.

Now I feel like a dumbhead... I saw that too, but somehow thought, nah the plastic cover around it has it covered. but looking again you definitely can see the metal is into the body pretty hard in that pic.

1st thing I always do before I attach the power cord and fire it up is throw one side of my meter to the chassis and ohm out both sides on each filter. No dead shorts on the + sides and dead shorts on the - side along with the bias supply filter (+ to gnd) last are grounds to the B+ main, either center tap or gnd for a FWB.. This has saved me a TON of fuses
BTW. I hope you tested and reformed those old (100uF) TVA's since they are now 40 years old. (1981's)..If not you should!

Good point, I will. I have just had these lying around, and so they came in handy. I must admit to another problem and that is with the relay path. I am using F-313x I bought from Mouser. I get though no reaction from the overdrive system. So the question is, what voltage should I see on the 12v supply board? I get ca 8 volt AC on the two wires coming from the transformer to the board, bout no, or very little mV out?
I see Ceriatone has a voltage regulator in their layout, does that serve any purpose here?

That suggests that you have a wiring error that is grounding out the DC output. Connections should be as shown below. You should be seeing 12V or so at the output (orange wire at the positive end of the cap on the left). Relays are not too fussy, so unregulated voltage is fine. You might have to play with the value of the 56Ω to get 12V. I would take the LED power (1k resistor and red wire) from the other end of the 56Ω resistor to get the ripple reduction benefit of the filter.

Thanks, your ground indicator and the
red connection between the two upper caps are underneath the board, so I will need to redo the 1k an 56r connection.
The grounding you have drawn is actually going to chassis ground? I was wondering about that.

If that ground is missing you won't get any output. I agree it's not clear on the layout.

I get 23.54V from one point to ground, is that ok?
