Instead of posting vids that have nothing to do with your amp you could take:
1. A detailed pic on the interior of your amp.
2. Specific problem with a sound sample or vid from the actual amp.
3. Detailed info on your built: did you built it yourself? Or Ceriatone.
The info you posted sofar is not even answering 3 questions that members here asked for.
So make friends here with specifics and everybody will be happy, including you.

You don't seem to be actually doing anything we've asked. Either that or you did it, and didn't report back results?
I don't think people are going to continue throwing ideas at you until you actually report back answers to the suggestions.
I seem to see these that were asked but never answered:
1. I never caught if the OD section was ever working.. was it? Is it? (reeltarded)
2. I think this was asked before, but the OD channel has a trim pot (100k in that schematic) that you need to adjust for your taste of OD. If it's too low, it may be barely providing any input into the OD and therefore giving very little drive. You may want to dial that up until you get the drive you want. If you get none, then as has been mentioned, your switch may not be triggering so you're just staying on the non OD channel and have only what the clean channel can provide. Pictures of the amp will help us determine what may be going wrong. (me, erwin, etc)
3. Is this your Amp? Any modifications? (lars) note his schematic he linked
4. Can you post a photo of the chassis interior? (10thtx - twice at least)
just generally explaining what seems wrong won't help us at all, the way the amp 'sounds' to you is entirely subjective and not easily understood by text. On the other hand, the suggestions above will help us SEE what's going on, and UNDERSTAND what may be potential problems.
The basic suggestions imply our best guess so far is
a. this amp is built wrong, the amp should have insane amounts of gain/overdrive if done right. It is either a switching problem, where the footswitch/panel switch aren't engaging the OD, or the OD channel has something seriously wrong with it.
b. the amp is built right, but you've not dialed in the OD channel correctly. There are two potentiometers on the main board, the OD trim pot, and the PI trim pot If the OD trim pot is set too low, you'll get either NO sound out of the OD channel or very clean low output. if you dial it up just a bit, it should go into heavy drive, and a lot it will be more drive than you'll ever need. (in conjunction with the drive level and drive mix pots on the front of course, those can't be too low either).
Either way, you seem to be completely ignoring those two suggested 'fixes/problems' nor are you actually answering enough of the questions being posted to actually help.

Switch to OD. Volume 5. Drive 10. Level 5. Master 2. Do you hear overdrive?gmule12 wrote:ok, if I set Master to 1 or 2 and first Volume about half way which is a clean channel ok then amp is very very quiet. Then in to OD with no PAB jet, and OD control are at 4, there is a big jump of volume , but l couldn't call that overdrive, it's more like fender hot rod devill on clean channel with volume at 3 or 4 and with PAB gets just louder with tiny break up. Just come back from practice , man my ears are bleeding from nasty on pleasant OD.
Thanks for interest.

Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.
Apologies guys. I run through the hole Amp again and i find the problem. It was capacitor coming into pin1 of the V2 valve. I'm adding the photograph and you're not going to believe it. I changed the capacitor few months ago when i was turning standard Hrm into MK2 , as the old one didn't look too healthy. The new one that i put in had a fault ,one of the legs was spinning inside the body of capacitor. I have suggestion to anyone who builds amplifier for the very first time ,to check every each component twice before you going to put it into your amp. There is just one more thing left and it's not overdrive channel which sounds great now. My clean channel is not very loud , if i set overdrive channel with all pods at 12 a clock then switching to clean channel with master at full i will have less volume comparing to the OD channel with settings halfway up. Will anyone have any suggestions i will be pleased and if you want me to send the photos or try something up please tell me. Thanks.

The other leg is moving as well would you believe it i never see anything like this before.

Put master at 2, does master has anything to do with overdrive channel, i thought the masters is only for clean channel.
Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.
Master is for both channels (it follow the first two triodes, leading into the two OD triodes).
I build and repair tube amps. http://amps.monkeymatic.com
Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.
On HRM model there are seperate masters, the overall masters like in #102, #124 and #183 are wired differently.

Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.
Are you trying to tell me when i'm looking on an amp at front and master volume it's on the right close to presents control that pot should work with overdrive channel or is only for clean channel.
thanks guys
Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.

Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.
if it's a bluesmaster HRM amp then the 'master volume by the presence is for CLEAN only, the master for the OD is next to the drive control and is labelled 'LEVEL'

Re: My Dumble hrm needs help . Please.
I was start to worrying that i've done something wrong again with wiring. My amp is not bluesmaster is just standard hrm so wiring will be the same as bluesmaster. Would you have any idea what could be wrong with my clean channel having low volume or lower volume comparing to overdrive channel. Thanks mate.
