[PCB project file] Marshall JCM800

Post by Turret »

Set of project files for:

81' Marshall 2203 JCM800 Master Volume - Vertical Input

As for now, the layout is not complete, I'm a lazy fuck and I suffer project related ADHD - I often jump on other projects, leaving old ones uncompleted for months. I know that few of you are waiting for this so here you got what it is.

What left to do is just PA/PT wiring, main stuff is there. I will try to finish it soon, but right now I turned my interest on Fenders again and to be honest I'm sick of this project

Attachment contains:
- 81' 2203 EL34 (European Version) layout
- 81' 2203 6550 (USA Export Version) layout
- Matched Schematic
- PCB Transfer File

Are these project files still available somewhere? I am looking for 2303/4 PCB reproduction?

Looks to me like Turret last updated the page in 2015 and may have made his signature have a link to a FB page that now seems gone. Likely he's removed them and was hoping to get some traction of interest on FB that didn't happen and so he removed it. Sadly seems they're gone.

Hi there...

I'm just now finishing up the cad files for an ST1 Iss. 202 board. I'll post a screen shot of the layout when it's done. The boards will be double sided with the traces on both sides on 2oz 2mm thick Fr4. Component holes will be sized for Keystone #23 eyelets or the 1540 turret will also fit. On an run of 5, cost is $30 per board, a run of 10 the price drops to $18 per board. Shipping would be exact cost to the lower 48 states. Anyone interested?
Les

Edit: the eyelets are #33, not 23. Fat finger syndrome...

Here's what i have so far... gray dots are unplated holes for wires to pass through and moutning holes. Silkscreens will have values only, no part ID, and nothing will say Marshall... on top side only, yet to be done...

How soon do you need them? I have to order in multiples of 5 and i need a couple myself... so i would prefer to wait a bit to see if i can get a few more guys wanting in.
I csn produce the gerbers this weekend, just have to finish the top silk layer.

It's done.... I'll get the gerber's ready to send on Monday. Anyone see any stupid errors like spelling goofs?
