How to make orignal tag of the back plate

Hi <, I used to built some of express model. want to add the same tags to the back plate as the orignal one.
never see anyone discuss about the little black tag on the black plate.
I find the same way that Dumbloid use on his pedals, what tools should I buy?

Those adhesive labels are made using a Dymo embossing labelmaker.
