Hey Raven,
I was always against the idea of Master Volumes as well. But the PPIMV works great in the Marshall plexi without killing the tone. So I thought it would be a good idea in this amp as well. And if it does suck too much tone, I can always just turn the knob and basically take it out of the circuit.
