Well, while im waiting on a scope, does anyone think it would he okay to run this through a 1x12 cab with a greenback? I definitely wont be running it at full tilt because it'll be too loud for any gig I'd be playing with it. Im not overly worried about the wattage, and im starting to think that the problem is my meter or something because its plenty loud.

I dont really want a greenback, but would i be safe with a 25 watt speaker?

Hard to say without knowing the real output power of that amp. It might be 25W in total clean and 35W distorted. Are you going to try a different meter to measure it with?
