Where to buy high quality EL34 tube retainers?

The spring tube retainers I have been getting from the usual dealers break after short use or even before the amp is even tubed up. You bend these things just a few times a they break off.

The spring & top cap ones look nice but you're right they break way too easily.
I haven't found any decent ones.
I now use the Fender type "bitey" rings. Bit of a hassle if you have to pull the output tubes a couple of times while tube rolling, but they work.
Someone was selling the Marshall knitted caps but they were too spendy for me.

I do use the Fender bear claw clamps more often due to these spring tube retainers breaking but if anyone has a source for high quality spring tube retainers or Marshall knit type let me know please.

It's spring time in Minnesota loving it. :D

I will have to ask the dealers if they are Belton.

Yeah I use the bear claw one also on 6L6 and 6V6 power tubes.

I think there were some bad ones a few years ago that were inferior.

Beltons are stamped "Belton" as I recall.
