Short circuited plate pin (3) with heather pin (2).. help!
Hey people, my hand slipped accidentally while measuring plate voltage on pin 3 of a 6L6 power tube and touched pin 2 which is a heather.. I assume that I sent about 420 DCV from plate to a 6 VAC heather network
Few sparks, smelled bad and everything is dead, no Power light or nothing... OK I need all possible options what did I damage? The amp is Laney VH100R.

OK everything works, I have found out that my outside step up transformer has taken a hit, it blew a fuse, the amp itself works
Wow
What a relief

Check that the amp hasn't developed a buzzy interference into the signal path; it may have popped the fuse in the heater ground reference, and if so, damaged tubes also.
Hopefully all is ok though.
