Hot Rod Plexi 100w
Another Hot Rod Plexi 100w (HRP) going together.
Watt's blank chassis punched and drilled whew lot of work but I enjoy doing that.

Nice Mark - I likes that chassis size.
Seems I'm always stuck for real estate. Shoe horn & grease sorta.

Re: Hot Rod Plexi 100w
Love the can caps on these amps
Out of interest, is this just a 100w version of the JTM45?
My JTM45 has got to be a desert island amp for me, it really is just a fine amp, clean or dirty and especially the large bit in between.

Looks like a JCM 800 type with 4 preamp tubes.
Mark builds some killer Marshall stuff this is one of those...

In theory, theory is the same as practice. In practice it's different.

Like a Marshall JCM800 2203 100w with one more preamp tube for crazy high gain and two different switched boosts.
Sounds killer through a deep Mesa 212 cab with Vintage 30's or my favorite WGS Veteran 30.

Re: Hot Rod Plexi 100w
Colossal (Dave) and I got together on the faceplate design. Dave did the PDF for me and BNP laser did the plates.
It is a lot of punching and drilling but I enjoy that process of building.
