Perhaps the table is best viewed as being a useful ready reckoner guide, rather than a reference standard?
As such, it may be found to have utility.
raising Rp and lowering Rk you can make the 12ax7 work to never reach a -3 dB point between bypassed and unbypassed frequencies
Are there any regular guitar amps where the above occurs?

One thing that I think I have learned is that as you increase Rk, it really makes sense to put some series resistance in the bypass cap path. Otherwise, the jump between the unbypassed low frequencies and the bypassed higher frequencies is just too much. So with a 10k/100n cathode circuit, for example, I like to add at least 5k in series with the cap.
