pdf64, I should have run the numbers first on the non-inverting bypass cap.
f=1/2Pi.C.Zin
A .022 cap rolls of at 4 Hz instead of 1Hz so it's not a material difference. The Zin is 2M, 2xgrid resistor. The 0.1 value is traditional but clearly not critical.
