I was a huge fan of the show they put on NPR on the weekends. I grew up listening to their show on Sundays, usually i was working on my own car as well. Sad, sad day.

Glad to hear there are Click & Clack fans here, I figured there would be.

Some better news - the show will continue. Already been in repeats for 2 years, didja notice? Despite "Melissa from Seattle" and her dog.

Leo, i had no idea actually until i read this article yesterday. Sounds like they stopped doing new shows two years ago. Oh well. At least the 30 years of back catalog will be there for us to enjoy forever.

Click and Clack appeal to me on several levels. As a fan of the 3 Stooges and as an engineer/techy. Probably the same reasons they appeal to many here. Although most of their jokes were not original, those 2 were infectious. They never had a problem stealing 3 Stooges jokes and neither did I. In many ways, it was like listening to myself...which I like. Tom's was a life well-lived.

Nothing strange about retirement! He had Alzheimer's, and I assume that's why they quit. The credits were my favorite part

According to the NPR reports that's 'zackly how it was. Tom felt himself slipping (could have fooled me) and called a stop to live production.
