Who is "they"?
Re: My shop burned down
They" is the ins co,Its the fire marshall. Its the electrical forensic engineer hired by the ins. co.And the rep from Black and decker{Dewalt"}They all had to be there to reconstruct the fire to see who might get the bill at the end.If a tool charger started the fire then at the end they would have been responsible. At the end of the day they kinda "the tool Co" wiggled out of it.Im just a little freeked about forgetting stuff I had for a few years.Big stuff is easy its just bits and small hand tools, belts tool accessories.Im gonna start Monday,Thanks

Re: My shop burned down
Double check any pictures you might have as that could help you remember. Not so much pics you snapped on purpose but maybe you had friends and family in your shop and or you took pics of gear for one reason or another. Comb those pic archives for clues!

I like the way you mounted everything on the ceiling.
Electronic equipment is designed using facts and mathematics, not opinion and dogma.

Re: My shop burned down
Had me wondering if updated insurance or building code required that. Or if you've taken on NASA or JPL contract builds.John_P_WI wrote:Gives more floor space...vibratoking wrote:I like the way you mounted everything on the ceiling.
John_P's guarantee: anything I build, works upside down too.
