I seek guidance,
I'd like to drop the middle tone control (1. I never use it, 2. I need a hole for PPIMV) and was wondering about the wiring.
Looks like I only need one cap C3 or C4 they are the same. Then it goes to the Left lug of the bass control, the Center goes to the Treble and the Right lug then gets grounded. Yes??
Thanks....

Re: Liverpool No Middle
Do you mean you don't use the middle at all or do not adjust it.
The rocket uses a resistor instead of a middle pot. You might want to look at that.

Fishy
Yes on my Rocket there isn't one so I don't miss it.
Perhaps I should do the Rocket tone stack in the 'Pool?

Re: Liverpool No Middle
The Rocket does have a middle, its just fixed.
Measure the resitance on the middle pot and replace it with a resistor.
You can probably move the bass pot along to the now free spot while your at it.

Re: Liverpool No Middle
Rocket uses a 10K to ground, Fenders with no mid pot typically use 6.8K.
Find a sound you like with the Liverpool mid pot, turn the amp off, and measure resistance to ground at bottom of bass pot, and there's your value.
