Precise? No, I think there is discussions about assumptions made.

Layout? Not really. But there are some board pics that you can cross-reference to the schematics. Print out a pic of the board and trace through the schematic marking all the connections and component values.

You may also want to search for threads and materials on the Dumble Steel String Singer #004 because I believe that influenced the Mayer.
