It may have been made by Switchcraft at one point, and they do make one that has the same switching abilitys, but its looks different.

Although it looks different, and the switching pattern isn't quite the same, a Switchcraft 14B might work for you. They call it "stereo switching jack." Google shows me a number of suppliers in the USA including Mouser. If I'm not mistaken Mouser has one or more European distro points.

It's possible that there's a European jack manufacturer like Cliff or ReAn that makes a plastic-body version. You'll have to check their online catalogs.

I nicked this picture & explanation from a site I found "Jumbo Sunshade" -
hope it's of some help. You'll have to punch on the image to see it clearly.

Thanks, but

the substantial difference of this jack with switch

is that it has the contacts touching the Tip and the Shield insulated

(Look at those black protuberances)

The switchcraft 14B hasn't that feature

Yes, I saw that feature. If the 14B can't be used functionally with your circuit, then you're looking at a stereo "normalling" jack, what's in studio patch bays that deal with balanced signals. The long-frame ones in old-fashioned patch bays are a PIA to mount, plus expensive. OTOH there are cheaper plastic ReAn and Cliff jacks that function much as yours does. I've seen 'em in amps, used mostly for control pedal switching. What the model numbers are and where to buy, I just don't know.

Looks like a old telephone switchboard type jack.

Not sure where you would find one.

Looks like a double open circuit isolated switching jack with separate make contacts on both the tip and ring. (J2-2A) I don't think Switchcraft makes these.

Looks very similar to the one that Mesa use on some of the older amps. Pretty sure Fender do something very similar.
There looks to be what you need on the switch craft site

I think its a double transfer jack but could be wrong

One of my Sunn amps has a similar but non-stereo version of that jack. I get it, but man is it complicated for a single jack. I know Conrad was an innovator but my gosh...
