Hello, it doesn't look like the pots have a ground. They should share a ground with the 33uf preamp filter and the PI cathode bypass cap.

Personally I would ground the Plate and Screen PS caps further upstream from the preamp..The ideal spot would be at the transformer bolts..I don't care how Dumble did it.

I agree, I set my board up with segregated grounds.

I separated grounds in this one too. Made quite a difference. Sounds great and is very quiet. :-)

The one in the pic has a Weber chassis and PT. From memory, I believe 380v.

Nice. You running a 5Y3GT so far? I have a 5E3 build in progress with a 380VAC PT as well that started as a modded circuit, but now I'm thinking about building out into a Tweedle D. I haven't built the board yet so the door is still open.

Thanks for the nice comments! Yes, that is the rectifier I used.

Also, the one I posted is another Tweed Deluxe mod, not the Tweedly-D.

Yeah, I figured it was different as the PI and a few other things look different. Great looking amp though, very clean (as usual) 8)

Thanks to Charlie and all the guys for the information.

Got my board built and populated. chassis components mounted. Had a Classictone OT but no PT so will get that ordered.

Need to get a 10k trimmer too.

V1 cathode caps should have the ground node in the center of both caps with the cathode leads exiting north and south,

Nice looking layout.

Is this layout showing a brass plate for grounding?

I'm not going that route so my grounding will be different.
