I have an old Vega V70, I think. I have most of the problems fixed but I don't know how to get the trem to work. When I turn it on it starts to work then fades out quit quickly.
I found a couple schematics but they are not quit right. It runs 7025 power tubes.
I have not replaced the power supply electrolytic's yet....just ordered them.
any help would be great

looks like a typical cathode wiggle trem. i have something similar in an old Kalamazoo model II. check the 3 caps from the grid to plate on the vibrato tube. Also, spray some deoxit or other type of contact cleaner into the vibrato tube socket and wiggle the tube in and out a few times.

may be 7027 power tubes?

I just finished a scratch 1624t and had to roll through a few 12ax7s for the trem circuit till I found one that acted right. If yours uses only one triode you could wire up the other one to save a tube, if that's the problem.
Make sure the intensity pot is getting B+ at the wiper and is passing it properly, if yours is similar to ones posted. Clean the FS jack too.
