Well sorry to say but the bulk of the old mics are already flipped.
Unless you count 70's and 80's as old. I still have the bulk of the mics from those decades. Most of them are xlr3 Shure and Electro Voice and realistic.
Guy from Tennessee hit up my craigslist ad as he was driving home from Ohio and bought the whole case after picking through it for less than 5 minutes.
The only name brand I recognized as Shure Commando 430. He acted like he was unfamiliar with it but his visible excitement said otherwise lol. I was afraid he was either going to have a heart attack or a priapism. Neither of which did I want to be a witness to.
The Stradolin 554 also left with him once it powered up and we hooked up my "Found'r Stratotester" no name guitar to it and loud but seemingly correct noises came out.
He low balled me on the el-bee because of the buzz so I am hanging on to it. The material on the cabinet is...generic and old and falling apart. It's almost like the whole thing was covered in Gaffers tape. came density and fibrous weave but a little more fine.
So new question.
Is it considered taboo to re-condition or resurface these old amp cabinets???
I have a roll of linen backed mahogany veneer and it's about twice as much as I would need to completely resurface the El-Bee cabinet. I think it would look nice.
I added pictures of some of the mic's that are left, and a stereo amp and the Harmony Piggy back.

Good on you for making the sale. Would be nice to see a snap of what went anyway, just for laughs. No Telefunken U47's I take it. I s'pose you could list the other mics in the TAG 4-sale section even tho they're not amps or guitars.
