But I was floored today when my daughter brought this home. She formed it, and acid etched it. I'm blessed that she is infected with the desire to create beautiful things.

'Zackly what I was t'inkin. Along the lines of KF's Trainwrecks. Wondering what's the medium IOW that looks like a cover plate for an aluminum box similar to the Hammond 1590 series.

Also some similarity to Zemaitis' guitar pickguards.

But you know ....... since she has such skill and artistry ...... it seems to me her next project should be etching some circuit boards for dear-old-dad.

That's a very beautiful piece! I can definitely see an etching such as this on a chassis. I'll bet that she'd be thrilled to contribute some of her work to one of your amps.
