Which is why for our originals we will definitely be going the screen printing route. We want them to look nice, but also let people know the info like who, what, and how to...
If you want one that looks aged, we'll do that for you. If you want one that looks squeaky clean and brand new, we'll do that for you as well. But either way, it's gonna say Rocking Class on it with manufacture date and part #. That being said, it will avoid confusion of mass proportions another 20 years down the line.

The schematics for our "Ken Spec" parts, with part numbers labeled on end bell. Same lams, same cores, same wire gauges, same wire colors etc.. Sorry it's taken me so long to get these up. Mark, the express and Liverpool iron is the same. The rocket PT is the same but with a 5v tap added to power the rectifier and the rocket OT is diferent. That is why the Chris Merrin name has been recently mentioned in some threads.
Maybe pacific has the specs of that OT but I'm sure is not a transformer that Ken ordered in big numbers.

It accidentally got posted twice. The first time around gave me an error message, so I clicked it again. But it wound up working anyway. There's only supposed to be 2 images. If you see them in one post, but not the other, youre not missing anything. As for a Euro version, we will be working on one soon. We've gotten really busy, as we usually do in the spring. Not with audio parts, but Pacific Transformer in general. As well as our other company Hughes Autoformers. Another brand under Pacific that makes RV voltage boosters. For some reason I'm only getting topic reply notifications half the time now and not every time something is posted. Hi Redshark, I've heard two output transformers were used with the Liverpool, one with the 5.2K primary and the other with the 6.6K primary.
I think RJ sold a transformer where you could select either primary impedance.

Jon Mark adds an external 5V tranny and otherwise Pacific never made one for a Rocket. I have notes here in my archives from Pat Thomas (Dave's dad) indicating they made one and only one set of transformers for Trainwreck. One of those prototypes includes a 240V primary version. We will be putting these in production in the coming week. Will probably only be 5 pieces.

Cool info RJ, so that makes me think that actually Ken probably used some Stancor P-8378 in the rockets that we have seen that didn't used an internal 5V tranny. The pacific 11410 is basically a Stancor P-8378 minus the 5v so if you want to use the 11410 a filament 5V mini transformer is needed and that is what shows in the JM rocket gutshot.
Actually I saw a pic of a Ken Fisher built rocket with pacific transformers. The owner told me his OT was pacific so I know that @ some point they did @ least 1 prototype and it went in an amp. Still that amp I'm sure had a 11410 power because a filament 5v transformer was placed in the same spot as JM's.
I know 1 rocket used a Heyboer PT for sure.

Transformers aren't just my thing and I've only come into this tranny world a year ago. I build amps, speaker cabs, and FX pedals mostly. I build Climaxes (Climaxii...) I'm working on designing my own amp-monster, but have never actually played through a Trainwreck's Trainwreck. I hear clips on youtube, but no youtube demo ever does a justice (Im also a snobby sound-engineer) and mics are always being overloaded and it just sounds like a scratchy, generic guitar sound. Can someone point me in the direction of a good Trainwreck clip? Are there any on this forum?
