AB763 Deluxe Reverb Build Questions

Hey y'all! I just got done building a Deluxe Reverb. I have some voltages but really don't know what I am looking at. I was wondering if there was anywhere I could look to Cross reference the numbers. Here are the Readings.

The amp popped when ever I stuck my probe on the leads ( Scaring the crap out of me! haha) is that the popping noise normal?

When checking the volts, the amp had a very quiet hum but my house has horrible power! Every once in a while I would also here some RF noise from my cellphone but nothing major at all. When ever I played it the amp seems very bright even with the treble knob all the way down. It also does not seem to have a lot of effect on the tone until 3/4 of the way and up. Any thoughts on that? Thanks so much for Yalls time!!!!

on both Channels It seems like both the bass and treble knobs won't do anything until 7.5 - 10 on the dials the amp does not sound that great. really bright! any idea what could be wrong?

Might want to post a pic of your tone control wiring. Sound like there might be a mistake there.
