build new amp project , any idea?

Hi , I have a big PT with this characteristics and I'm thought to start a new amp! any suggestions?

340-0-340V @600mA
0-60V
6,3V 7,5A

680V CT. is not a low voltage for 6550 tubes? I will take 470/480V max

About 480 B+ is what you are going to get with the 680V CT.

If I was building it, I would want an OT rated at 150 watts minimum.
