I spent some time listening to the Komet clips on their site. Man are those well done. There is only one that I thought was sketchy, and that was the player's fault.

What primary is used in the asteroid? I have a JTM45 that I'd like to try the asteroid preamp in. My OT has taps for 6.6k and 8k. I think my PT has multiple taps. This was iron that Paul Ruby spec'd for building either a Wreck or a JTM.
The JTM45 doesn't really do it for me. I discovered I like the Marshall 50 watt much better (Silicon rect and EL34's), but I have a nice set of KT66 that I'd like to keep in the JTM45 and turn it into something that my strat likes.
